At OneBeacon®, we are committed to making it easy to do business with us. That includes offering options for paying premiums, like automatic installment payments and online or telephone payments. Read on to learn more about your options or to sign up for the electronic funds transfer (EFT) program.

Direct Billing Payment Options

For your convenience, OneBeacon offers several ways to pay your premium.

Online:

Pay your annual premium or make another one-time payment via eCheck. Register on our customer portal to setup online payments. To create an account, you’ll need your policy number, zip code and producer code (this information can be found on your bill). Returning policyholders can log in with the email address and password used to create their account.

Policyholders can also sign up for automatic installment payments via OnTime®, our  EFT program. You select the date you want us to deduct your payment from your checking account and we do the rest. Register for OnTime® using our customer portal.

By Mail:

Send your check, along with the remittance stub, to the address printed on your bill. If you don't have the remittance stub, please write your policy number on your check and mail it to:
